Deposits & Withdrawals

Navigate to Wallet → Deposit, select your preferred payment method (bank transfer, card, or cryptocurrency), and follow the on-screen instructions. Most deposits are credited instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

Our average withdrawal processing time is < 2 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals typically complete in 1–2 hours; bank transfers take 1–3 business days. We process all requests as quickly as possible while maintaining necessary security checks.

Limits depend on your verification level. Unverified accounts have basic daily and monthly limits. KYC-verified accounts unlock significantly higher limits. Fully verified accounts have no maximum withdrawal cap. Check your current limits under Account Settings.

Account Management

Each person may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts violates our Terms of Service and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts without refund. If you need sub-accounts for portfolio management, contact support.

To close your account, contact our support team via email or live chat. You must first withdraw all remaining funds. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes after closure.

Go to your Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. We support both authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy) and SMS codes. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA for maximum account security.
